Return/Exchange Policy

We do accept returns for store credit. Please contact Jolene Ranch within three days of item delivery and after confirmation ship the item back within 7 days of item delivery.

• The item must be in pristine condition, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original dust bag/packaging. Failure to return the item in this state will result in forfeiting the refund and the option to pay for return shipping or forfeit the product entirely. 

-The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Please note refunds will be given as store credit MINUS shipping cost. There will either be a refund credit, or an invoice for the difference in fees once complete.
